Shiseido+ Digital Academy is an internal platform developed by the group to train and engage their employees, giving them an opportunity to learn and get certificates to better grow in their professional career.

I have worked on the full UX/UI, from the sitemap and user journey, to the wireframes and design, building a modern and flexible platform. Various categories of courses, events, masterclasses have been integrated, as well as a user section allowing each of their employees to tailor their learning journey, setting their preferences and collecting badges and certificates.
