Clarins France launched a new luxury line of skincare products called ‘Precious’, where the first market chosen was China, in order to address their growing China market, engage them, and build up a Precious Community.

We developed a WeChat Mini-Program that provides weekly content pushes, with the Precious story, product application information, and lifestyle content including rich media such as audio and videos. A rewards mechanism was developed for going through the content and providing opportunities to win Precious gifts and exclusive experiences.
